Return and exchange
While we believe you'll be delighted with your purchase, should your online order fall short of complete satisfaction, we are happy to process a refund.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused or unworn, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by the original tags.
Due to the uniqueness of each clothing piece and accessories, we do not offer exchanges. Each item is crafted to be one-of-a-kind, and therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of a direct replacement.
Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable; sale purchases are final and therefore not eligible for return or refund.
Return process:
- Initiate the return process by contacting us at hello@ankila.co.
- Upon approval of your return, please carefully pack all the returned items in the original packaging.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) inside the package.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. All return packages must be trackable and fully insured.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
